Bankruptcy for Individuals

Bankruptcy for Individuals

If you are experiencing financial difficulty I bet you are worried, frustrated, and at your wit’s end with all the debt you are trying to juggle in your everyday budget. You have probably realized that, at best, you are getting nowhere, or worse yet, you are getting behind.

Getting rid of that debt is easier than you think. I can help you.

Bankruptcy is still here even though credit-card banks, lenders and mortgage companies have waged a pretty successful P.R. campaign to scare people out of filing for Bankruptcy.

Credit Counselors have done a really good job of confusing people by selling a very expensive service that simply keeps paying your bills, over year and years.

What they don’t want you to know is that with Bankruptcy you can usually get out of debt completely in just a few short months and start rebuilding your credit immediately after the debt is eliminated.

Many people are in desperate need to get out of debt, and the only way out is to either pay it off, or get rid of it. Unfortunately, in the current economy, most people do not have enough money left over after just trying to survive to even think about paying the debt off.

The myth is that Bankruptcy can ruin your life. Bankruptcy can save your life when done correctly. In fact, your road to recovery will be much quicker with bankruptcy because you can start over with a clean slate and the opportunity to get it right.

You have already taken the first step in turning your life around by looking for a way out. Now is the time to find out if you can get a fresh start and permanently discard your debt, rather than dragging it everywhere you go.

Are you ready to start over?

My goal is to make things easier for you. I take pride in preparing each case myself to assure the job is done right and I represent my clients personally in Court. I see to it that my clients obtain the full relief the United States Bankruptcy Code can offer them.

Bankruptcy Fees

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy legal fees typically range from $1,500 – $2,000. Chapter 7 can help you wipe out your debt entirely for a small legal fee.

Chapter 13 fees are payable with a portion due before filing and the remainder included in your debt relied plan. The minimum required before filing is $1,500.
